Employee health management

Introduction

Through health module of Pocket HRMS dashboard you can keep track of employee health parameters. The HRMS allows you to set health related questions and frequency of tracking easily.

The employees then answer the set questions on set frequency to help HR/ admin know their health status. Stepwise procedure to set health module is explained below.

Pre-requisites:

✔️ Admin credentials

✔️User rights

Note - Kindly contact your Admin/ HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.

Steps

How to set health module:

Step 1: Go to 'Settings'

Step 2: Proceed to 'Health' module

Step 3: Select 'Settings' option. Here you can enable or disable the module. Also, you can set frequency and select day to track employee health.

Step 4: Select 'Field Creation' option. This option helps you create health-related questions to be asked to your employees.
